This series of pull-wire displacement sensors are divided into two product categories: digital output type and analog output type. √Digital output type can choose incremental rotary encoder, absolute value encoder, etc. The output signal is square wave ABZ signal or Gray code signal, the formation can be 10000 mm, the linear accuracy is 0.05%, and the resolution can be achieved according to different configurations. 0.005 mm/pulse.
The analog output type can choose precision potentiometer, Hall encoder, absolute value encoder, etc. The output signal can be 4-20mA, 0-5V, 1-5V, 0-10V, serial SSI and resistance signal, etc. The stroke can be Up to 1000mm, the use environment can reach the protection level of IP65, and it can be used in a wide temperature environment of -45℃~+105℃.

If the pre-pulling distance is large, an extension cord can be added to the sensor to reduce Range, cost-saving installation method
8.In operation, the displacement sensor is installed in a fixed position, and the draw rope is tied to the moving object. The linear movement of the rope is aligned with the axis of movement of the moving object. When movement occurs, the drawstring stretches and contracts. An internal spring ensures that the tightness of the drawstring remains unchanged. The threaded hub drives the precision rotation sensor to rotate, and outputs an electrical signal proportional to the distance of the drawstring. Measuring the output signal can get the displacement, direction or speed of the moving object.
